About Suzi:
Suzi Mack Fleischer is a licensed esthetician, lecturer, teacher, consultant and owner of Suzi's Salon and Spa, located in the heart of Morristown, N.J. Her life-long dedication to skin care began out of compassion for a family member who developed cystic acne. Suzi was moved to seek a remedy and the experience lead to a highly successful career in skin care. Suzi's dedication to skin care began from compassion and developed into a passion that has lasted her a lifetime. She now celebrates her 25th year in the skin care industry, the last 18 years of which have been at her Morristown salon.

Suzi was fortunate to begin her journey in skin care under the mentorship of the master aesthetician, Sandy Jackson, in Bernardsville, N.J. When Sandy took a position at the world famous Golden Door Salon in California, Suzi recognized that the time had come to set out on her own to make her own mark in the business. In 1986, Suzi opened the doors to her own skin salon on the second floor above a hair salon in Morristown, N.J. Her mark was about to be made.
1n 1999, after having firmly established herself as a master aesthetician in Morristown, Suzi opened her current Spa and Salon, a beautifully appointed ground-floor enterprise just one block off the square in Morristown. In an effort to create an ambience that would be quaint, warm and relaxing, Suzi consciously chose not to follow the trend of the time that dictated that salons have a slick, antiseptic, sterile look and feel about them. “Casual comfort” was her guiding theme, the environment in which Suzi and her staff of experts would offer their clientele the finest salon experience.

As an active member of the Morristown business community, Suzi's Salon and Spa has a proud history of community service with the Junior League of Morris County. “Suzi's” also has generously supported organizations such as the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation, the Women's Association for Morristown Memorial Hospital, the Bonnie Brae School, St. Virgil's School, The West Montessori School, Dress for Success Morris County, and The Kellogg Club.
Suzi knows that the skin-care industry has an important place in this modern, stressed out world. Suzi's staff educates their clients on proper nutrition, relaxation techniques, and issues of general wellness. The therapeutic process that contributes to healthy skin also contributes to a healthy life style overall.
Today, Suzi's most frequent client requests are for anti-aging products for the face and body. In response, Suzi recommends a diet high in protein and supplemental antioxidants to compliment her collagen-building Pulse Light Therapy, often referred to as the “youth light.” Topical glycolic peels, microdermabrasion, and topical vitamin C products round out her anti-aging protocol.
Suzi dedicates a good deal of time to educating her staff of professional skin specialists. She trains her aestheticians on an ongoing basis to provide simply the best therapeutic facials and body treatments available. Her dedication to maintaining the staff's superior level of expertise has been rewarded over the years by a happy and loyal clientele who reside throughout the tri-state area.
Suzi is also the creative force behind the “Not-So-Extreme-Makeover” team, whose goal is to create a totally new image for their clients. Makeover programs include recommendations for cut, color and hairstyle, personalized nutritional programs, a skin care regime, wardrobe suggestions, and new approaches to makeup. For those clients wanting a more extreme approach to their image refinement, the Fab Four makeover team is working in conjunction with an array of specialists and doctors. These include plastic surgeons, cosmetic dentists, personal trainers, chiropractors among others who stand ready to compliment a full range of makeover services.
Today, Suzi and her staff assist clients in creating a healthy life style. The practice of merging skin care with proper nutrition provides miraculous results. Dian Freeman, the Spa's in-house nutritionist, provides bi-monthly lectures on nutritional topics and private nutritional consultations. Suzi's goal is to provide total makeovers for her clients, inside and out. Her programs are designed to integrate nutrition, skin care, body care, hairstyling, makeup and, if desired, even plastic surgery. She is, indeed, a woman who keeps up with the times in her quaint, comfortable Morristown setting.
